• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Only one exchange is permitted per order.

• Please note that one-size items are not eligible for exchange.

• White-toned items are not eligible for exchange.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging and condition as received. Exchanges showing stains, makeup marks, odours, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Domestic Exchanges

• Return shipping for approved domestic exchanges is covered by THE SODE STUDIOS.

• Shipping costs for replacement items are the responsibility of the customer.

International Exchanges

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Complimentary shipping may be provided for replacement items where applicable.
