RETURNS

• Return requests must be lodged within 3 days of delivery.

• Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

• White-toned items are not eligible for returns.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging and condition as received. Returns showing stains, makeup marks, odours, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

• Returns for change of mind or incorrect selection are not accepted.

• Refunds will only be issued for approved faulty or incorrect items.

Domestic Returns

• Return shipping for approved domestic store credit requests is covered by THE SODE STUDIOS.

International Returns

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Approved Returns

• Items that do not meet our return conditions may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
